Features:

This 1,650 square foot, single level home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (Master suite with queen bed, bath with a jacuzzi tub, large walk in closet, TV and VCR) (Two additional bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a full size bed, TV and VCR and one with a queen bed).  The Great Room has a gas fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo, CD player and ceiling fan.  Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and 2-car garage.
Sleeps 8 maximum.   No Smoking – No Pets!

Rates:          

Value Season:  after Labor Day to mid June, excluding Holiday Season.
$155/night,  2-night minimum required. 

Summer Season:  Mid June thru Labor Day
$175/night,  5-night minimum required.

Holiday Season:  Memorial Day, Christmas, New Years and other Holiday Restrictions may apply.
$195/night, 3 to 5 night minimum required.

Value Season Special Offer:  Stay 3 nights at Value Season Rate and get a 4^th night FREE.  Stay 5 nights and get the 6^th and 7^th nights FREE, excluding Holiday Season and other holiday weekends. 

Senior Special:  (Age 60+ 4 person max)  $475 per wk Oct thru mid june, excluding Holiday Season and other holiday weekends.

All rates subject to an 8% room tax.  A refundable security deposit is required and a $65 cleaning fee will apply.  Rates subject to change without notice.
