• ½ bathroom.
• Fully equipped kitchen with eating area etc.
• Two-car garage.
• Wrap around front deck and rear deck with hot tub. 

Second Floor:

• Master Suite – Queen bed, private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower and beautiful mountain views
• Second Bedroom – queen bed
• Full bath on second floor.

Sleeps 6.  No Smoking.   Pet policy:  Must discuss in advance.           

Other Amenities:

Washer/dryer, phone, outdoor hot tub.

Rates:    All rentals include free cleaning

Value Season: October through May excluding Holiday Seasons.
2-night minimum stay required.
$150/night

High Season:  June through September excluding Holiday Season,
2-night minimum stay required.
$175/night

Holiday Seasons:  Christmas, New Years and other holiday restrictions may apply.  3 & 5 night minimum stays as applicable.
$195/night

Terms:

All rates subject to a room tax.  A $300 refundable security deposit is    required.  All rentals include free cleaning.  Rates subject to change without notice.
